Karate Shin and Instep set comes with:
- a removable foot protector
- adjustable velcro straps
- toe inserts for a secure fit
- three velcro straps to the rear to secure the guards to the shin and calf
They are full length pads that will protect you from the top of your shin right down to the top of your foot when sparring.
World Karate Federation Style Shin and Insteps absorb the knocks and blows associated with kumite. Foot section has adjustable Velcro straps around the rear of the heal and is held firmly, yet comfortably, in position with elastic straps on the insole and toes. The shin and instep attaches to the foot with soft Velcro. Three Velcro straps to the rear secure the guards to the shin and calf.
