UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Rules 2018
Sale Dojo records and holds the personal information provided when joining for administrative purposes. This data is held purely for the running of the clubs and is not passed to any third parties for commercial purposes. No financial data is held, and all information is stored on a secure database housed within the UK. If any of the personal information provided changes then, please provide us with any update so that your records are kept current. Additional data may also be required should the student decide to enter competitions. From a child protection perspective, we require an emergency contact number, if this isn’t provided, then the club reserves the right to decline membership. The Information held is regularly cleansed and any student who stops training is removed from the database and any paper records are destroyed securely.
Subject Access
Each data subject has the right to access the information held. If you wish to see this information, please contact the Data Protection officer or club Coach who will comply with your request, this can be provided both digitally or can be viewed.
